extract it (highly reommend winRAR), open WindowNoEditor and run the file named ActiveRagdollChaos.exe, if game doesn't run or any errors:

open WindowNoEditor > Engine > Extras > Redist > en-us > and run ue4prereqSetup_x64.exe
